Born in Yamaguchi Prefecture in 1981. After graduating from SENECA COLLEGE in 2005, Nagano began working at AmazYou Planning, overseeing product planning and the import and export of perfumes in the foreign division. This marked the start of his cosmetic career. In 2008, Nagano joined Doshisha, handling the procurement of parallel imports of foreign national brand products. Following organizational and policy changes within the business division, he took charge of establishing an in-house cosmetic brand, production planning, and sales. Responsibilities included managing production in Korea and China, as well as handling import and export from these countries in addition to production in Japan. In 2014, Nagano became a sales representative for Li&Fung Trading in Hong Kong, developing sales channels to various retailers and drug stores in Japan. Subsequently, he founded HIROKI GLOBAL CO. and took on the role of CEO for two companies, including Vivian Company. In 2021, Nagano became the CEO of INSTINCT BROTHERS, currently leading its business ventures aimed at spreading smiles by pleasing people around the world.

Born in Yamaguchi Prefecture in 1978. Aiming to become a professional sports trainer, Nagano obtained a license as a judo therapist. He moved from Yamaguchi to Shizuoka to pursue a career as an Olympic trainer. Accompanying the national team to international matches, Nagano gained experience at the pinnacle of training activities, using that experience to enhance staff training and expand into multiple stores. He assumed the position of area manager, overseeing 10 osteopathic clinics and personal training gyms. In 2013, leveraging his experience and knowledge, Nagano developed a health-focused approach for local clients centered on exercise-based treatment that "fixes movement and cures pain" under the concept of "creating an unprecedented osteopathic clinic." At INSTINCT BROTHERS, Nagano utilizes his experience and works wholeheartedly with the aim of growing and strengthening the organization.

Born in Shizuoka Prefecture in 1979. In 1997, he dropped out of Chukyo University and went to study in Taiwan. In 2002, he joined an agriculture and food-related company. He opened farms in China, Taiwan, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines. In 2015, he left the company and worked as a consultant for Japanese companies expanding overseas and for agriculture and food-related businesses. In 2017, he established U JAPAN LLC based on his experience in consulting for overseas expansion. He has worked on the overseas expansion of more than 30 brands, mainly cosmetics and food, from large to small and medium-sized companies. In the same year, he invested in enchant Inc., a food and agriculture-related business. He works on events with local governments and companies through food and agriculture. In 2021, he became the executive director of INSTICT BROTHERS Inc., and is using his experience to work every day to help the organization grow.

Lima Saraswata

1997 Lima worked for PT Hewlett Packard Indonesia (HPSI), an information technology services company, where she achieved excellent results in selling HP Enterprise Services.

2002 Lima was tasked with introducing the newly established PT Administrasi Medika (known as Admedika) and developing business in hospital network management and technology services. Within one year, she successfully partnered with 15 insurance companies, bringing profitability to the company. Additionally, she opened a new clinic in Cikarang, targeting the Jababeka industrial estate, contributing to the company's growth. Today, Admedika is one of Indonesia's largest corporations.

2008 Lima continued her career in the insurance industry, joining Asuransi AIA Indonesia (now renamed Avrist Assurance). Utilizing her expertise in sales and marketing, she facilitated cooperation with Indonesia's insurance brokerage channels and secured several large companies. Her achievements exceeded expectations.

2016 Lima co-founded a new company with her colleagues, specializing in holistic, talent, wellness, and insurance consulting. As the Sales Director of DSK, she leveraged her experience to grow the business in the health sector.

2021 Lima became the CEO of PT Pelangi Mitra Selaras (PMS), a company she established to explore and expand the health and wellness field, specifically to support businesses in need of health services that insurance companies could not provide. Today, Lima continues to meet the needs of many companies through this venture.

Lim Say Leong (52, Malaysian) holds a CIMA Professional Accounting Qualification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in the UK and is a recognized member of the institute. He is also a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Additionally, Mr. Lim is an associate member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, UK. Mr. Lim was appointed Group CEO and Executive Director of Denko Industrial Corporation Berhad, a major publicly listed company on Bursa Malaysia. He served as a director of this holding company and its subsidiaries, which span industries from manufacturing to services. Mr. Lim also served as Group CEO of Yen Global Berhad, where he was responsible for strategically planning and directing operational performance and growth, guiding the company toward stakeholder objectives. After leaving Yen Global Berhad, he co-founded Everise Concepts PLT and was appointed Executive Director. This company focuses on corporate and business consulting, real estate projects, and the wholesale and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods through retail and online channels. Mr. Lim is an independent non-executive director of Aurora Italia International Bhd. and LFE Corporation Bhd. He also serves as an independent director and Chairman of the Nominating Committee for Caely Holdings Bhd., as well as a member of its Risk Management and Audit Committee. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Lim has been involved in numerous corporate and operational roles, including IPOs, M&A, restructuring, downsizing, fundraising, training, and management across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, and Australia. He has also served as a committee member for CIMA Penang and the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) Northern Branch, and currently acts as an honorary auditor for an association in Penang. He is currently the Executive Chairman and CEO of Globalink Investment Inc., which is listed on NASDAQ. In his leisure time, Mr. Lim enjoys reading and outdoor activities.
