Our mission is to "Bring joy to everyone in the world! Build a company that contributes to society!" Through our medical, beauty, and health-related
businesses, we aim to extend the healthy lifespan of society. We strive to deliver the greatest joy, spread Japan's regenerative medicine technology and
services globally, and contribute to the advancement of the regenerative medicine industry. Our goal is to create a future where everyone can enjoy a
healthy life.
Our company was built on the expertise, techniques, and sales methods
that our current Chairman and CEO, Tomoki Nagano, has developed over
years in the cosmetics industry, establishing our manufacturing, sales, and
branding.
In Japan, under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act (PMD Act), only
pharmaceuticals and quasi-drugs are allowed to claim effects and efficacy.
Cosmetics, by law, are not permitted to have noticeable effects. We have
conducted extensive research to understand why users often donʼt feel
results or see benefits from cosmetics.
Our findings revealed that most cosmetics contain very small amounts of
active ingredients, with 80-95% of the product being primarily water.
From there, we analyzed other companies' products and gained insight into
the threshold for ingredients: those included above 1% and those present
below 1%.
Under Japan's Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act (PMD Act),
manufacturers and distributors are required to list ingredients on cosmetic
products.
Ingredients present at less than 1% can be listed in any order. These trace
ingredients, making up less than 1%, are generally considered to have little
impact on the productʼs overall effectiveness. We discovered that many
products list a large number of ingredients below the 1% threshold, though
most are likely present in negligible amounts.
Cosmetics can be categorized into three areas: moisturizing, whitening, and
anti-aging. We chose to focus on anti-aging. While there are potential
solutions for moisturizing and whitening, anti-aging presents a more
complex challenge. As humans, we naturally oxidize as we breathe, and we
cannot escape the effects of gravity, which leads to sagging skin.
Additionally, lifestyle habits and climate changes cause more wrinkles and
spots, making anti-aging a critical area for concentrated efforts.
This journey led us to discover the power of human stem cell culture fluid. Human stem cells are extracted from sources like umbilical cord blood, fat,
spinal cord, and dental pulp. Depending on the extraction method, these stem cells are used in pharmaceuticals, while the culture fluid is used as a
cosmetic ingredient.
Stem cell culture fluid does not contain stem cells themselves, but it has been confirmed to contain many cytokines and growth factors. By using the stem
cell culture fluid produced by INVITRX, a U.S.-based company, as a cosmetic ingredient, numerous results have been reported, such as "improved skin
condition", "reduced acne", "smoother skin", "longer eyelashes", "disappearing dark spots", and "brighter skin tone". We have entered an exclusive
distribution agreement with INVITRX for the use of their stem cell culture fluid in cosmetics in Japan.
Combining INVITRXʼs regenerative medicine technology with our advanced manufacturing techniques, we developed a unique approach called Adult Cell
Programming.
Our cosmetics containing stem cell culture fluid are designed with the concept: "Your skin can regenerate and grow again! Find the right cosmetics for
yourself once more!" We continue to research, plan, and develop safe, reliable products to offer to our customers.
