    Born in Yamaguchi Prefecture in 1981.
    \nAfter graduating from SENECA COLLEGE in 2005, started to work at AmazYou Planning and was in charge of product planning, import and export of perfumes at the foreign division. This was a start of my cosmetic career.
    \nStarted to work at Doshisha in 2008 and was in charge of procurement of the parallel import of foreign national brand products. After that, because of the organization and policy changes within the business division, started to be in charge of setting up their own cosmetic brand, production planning and their sales. Also I was in charge of production in Korea and China, import and export from them in addition to the production in Japan.
    \nIn 2014, I started to work as a sales representative of Li&Fung Trading in Hong Kong and developed the sales channels to various retailers and drug stores in Japan.
    \nAfter that, I established HIROKI GLOBAL CO. and also started to manage two companies including Vivian Company as CEO.
    \nStarted to be CEO of INSTINCT BROTHERS in 2021 and now proceeding its business creation for spreading the smiles by pleasing people of the world.<\/li>\n

    \nAcquired the license of Judo rehabilitation teacher aiming to be a professional trainer
    \nMoved from Yamaguchi to Shizuoka to be an Olympic trainer.
    \nAfter accumulating the ultimate trainer activities including overseas accompaniment for the national team matches, I started to manage multiple sites for strengthening the staffs\u2019 growth by making use of its experience.
    \nAfter starting to work as an area manager, I managed 10 osteopathic clinics and personal training gyms. Based on the experience and knowledge, I started to create the local clients\u2019 health by a treatment focused on exercise to cure pains through moving with a concept of an osteopathic clinic which has never existed before.
    \nFrom my own experience, I am now doing my best aiming for the growth of the organization as well as a strong organization.<\/li>\n

    \nIn 2002, I started to work at a company related to agriculture and food and opened farms in China, Taiwan, Thailand, Sri Lanka and the Philippines.
    \nAfter retiring from this company in 2015, I started consulting of the business related to agriculture and food.
    \nBased on my experience of overseas expansion consulting, I set up U Japan Company in 2017 for dealing with the overseas expansions of more than 30 brands.
    \nIn the same year, I started investment in enchant Co., Ltd., a food and agriculture related business. Through food and agriculture, I handled various events with local governments and companies.
    \nIn 2021, I started to be Senior Managing Director of INSTINCT BROTHERS and am doing my best for the growth of our organization by making use of my past experiences.<\/li>\n
