INSTINCT BROTHERS, Inc. (“INSTINCT BROTHERS”) is in the business of manufacturing and selling regenerative medicine stem cell-related cosmetics, and uses the personal information of customers and business partners for shipping purposes. The Company also uses the personal information of applicants for employment, employees, and other individuals, as well as specific personal information. We recognize that it is our corporate social responsibility to ensure the protection of personal information.     2. Method of confirming that the person making the Request for Disclosure, etc. is the person in question or his/her agent
      1. Identity of the person making the request for disclosure, etc. The identity of the person making the Request for Disclosure, etc. will be confirmed by the person in charge of the Complaints Consultation Service, using documents that confirm the identity of the person as specified below.
      2. In addition to documents verifying the identity of the person making the request for disclosure, etc., the person responsible for the Complaints Consultation Service will verify the identity of the representative by documents verifying the relationship between the representative and the person subject to disclosure and documents verifying the identity of the representative, as specified below, for voluntary representatives and legal representatives (guardians of minors, guardians of adults, and persons with parental authority).
