THE COMPASS

The compass for decisions

Most decisions come down to four questions.

  1. Does it lead to human happiness?
  2. Does it protect health?
  3. Does it build trust?
  4. Will the next generation be proud of it?

If every answer is yes, move forward. If even one is no, stop.

We never flip the order for revenue. We never skip a question for speed.

Rank means nothing in front of these questions. A junior's 'no' carries the same weight as the CEO's 'yes' — because what we protect is not the boss's face, but the customer's life.

The Question: when in doubt, ask — 'A hundred years from now, would our successors be proud of this choice?'
