Would I give this to my family?
Quality is not a certificate on the wall.
Quality is a promise kept, over and over, when no one is watching.
Before we sell anything, we ask one question: Would I recommend this to my own family?
If the answer is no, we do not sell it. No matter the margin. No matter the demand.
That is our floor. That is our ceiling.
